NEW WAY OF POST PROCESSING IN THE OT FORUM
After several years of trying our best to fight spam in the OT, we are ready to take some new measures. While our ages-go-crafted rules may sound reasonable after years of practice, it's time for us to do some changes, and recent discussions have helped to that effect.
We are glad to announce that we have installed an automated mechanism to reduce the amount of spam and improve the content of the OT. The changes have been made after serious research in sociological paterns of behaviour, especially C. Garland Dulan and Elizabeth S. Paul's writings (this is what you get when one of the Owners gets into higher levels of education)
Users will start to notice the effects after each post. As the OTBOT mechanism is new and is passing through a learning period, you might not notice the difference in the beggining. We thank you in advance for your patience and feedback in this process.
