Illegal wiretaps: Bush , Feingold , Everybody else (I honestly believe that Bush clearly broke the law and that he should be held accountable for that). This is probably the most serious issue out there. I don't believe that agencies of the US administration should be allowed to listen to me calling my girlfriend without any judicial checks.

If Arnold was made VP and the POTUS died. Would he become POTUS or get omitted? I once read the respective entry in the wikipedia but can't remember/ it didn't really clarify this issue.

I think with several people on the list of successors (that list features like 30 names in hierarchical order) not born in the US, the general rule of thumb is they get omitted. Or not.
