The first time I ever used the internet was in 1993-1994 in that school computer lab and it was text based instead of the World Wide Web. I remember it used something called a "gopher" which was basically just a DOS prompt where you'd choose from a list of options which made up the web "page". Not high tech but pretty exiting stuff 12 years ago.

The slavs didn't get there until the 6th or 7th century. They have nothing to do with the ancient Macedonians.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.

Going wireless does not make you the most advanced nation. I guess its nice to know that your laptop will work while you're herding sheep. (and isn't Monaco wireless?)
Perhaps we should define what makes a nation technologically advanced then decide whether Macedonia (or anyone else) fits the bill."And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country. My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man." -- JFK Inaugural, 1961
"Extremism in the defense of liberty is not a vice." -- Barry Goldwater, 1964 GOP Nomination acceptance speech (not George W. Bush 40 years later...)
