I find Mearshimer to be a nice guy, but in terms of his theories, I think of him a a paleo-realist. Walt seemed to me a neo-realist, a bit more open to some institutionalists arguements.

Droll, down to earth, seems to go for the dry humor. He is a fine public speaker, and certainly not PC by any means.
