You forgot old people. It takes away the vote from a lot of old people who forgot to save for retirement and are now leeching off their kids.

As for stay at home moms, they can vote if they file jointly with their husbands (instead of being counted as dependents). It's up to them.

As for the handicapped, I've just given them a motivational boost.
