Liquid water on Saturn moon could support life

This is a truly amazing discovery, as it is not possible that such a geyser could exist on such a small body for a long time, such a geyser could exist for tens of thousands of years only, certainly not the millions or billions of years that the Solar system is said to have existed for. Unexpected finds like this add weight to the arguments of creationists, and it certainly strenghtens my belief in the creation of the universe by God.

I hear Evian has expressed interest in that water.

It's is being heated by tidal forces,Both statements are true, but irrelevant to my argument. My statement gave a maximum age for the phenomenom, not the actual age which could be less. Also in such a small moon, there will not be sufficient resource of water for long period of activity. This fact limits the period these geysers could have been active for, not the source of heat particularly as some of the vapour is escaping the gravitational pull of the moon. That is still older than the creationist earth.
It is good there are people who like to argue and maintain the controversy, thank you.

True. Life is much easier if water is present, as it is such a great solvent.Originally posted by Guynemer

Life requires continuous chemical reactions, so it's rather unlikely that life elsewhere won't be based on carbon, which is a rather abundant element in the universe, relatively speaking. And it's far more reactive than silicon, the other element upon which life might be theorectically based.Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...
