      Still there is no organism it can 'parasite' on that's without a water base (I disregard the carbon-based nature of a virus, as it's implicitly bound to the hosts we know, although the poit still stand that no Non-carbon based organism has evolved on Earth)

          Sorry, I've just checked Art I, § 8 of the Constitution, and there's no provision which specifically authorizes Congree to send you to Pluto.
