How many Civs are left?

I am talking about in a Civ since of course.

I think there are arguably 2 Civs which could be considered western..

Then there is the Arab civ. There is of couse some minor Civs..

There is definitely some strong asian Civs, but I don't know enough to clearly delinate them.

I know it is all arguable, what do you think?

I'd say England, Russia, Germany. and France.

World influence bookends surrounding regional power.

I was thinking of a difference between anglosaxon related, and continent related Civs...

but I could be wrong (there coudl be more or less, depending on where you spot differences)

Russia is always hard to place, I wasn't really considering it a western Civ.

Look at the way their backs are arched.

They are obviously quite awkward in the picture. Someone walking like that for a lifetime would be walking a bit more relaxed me thinks, not with pent up tension.

I was thinking England for Anglos as well.

It is every bit an empire today as it was 150 years ago, only the capital moves.

African - not really very significant right now (honestly)
Eastern
Asian

I'd presume there's a significant difference between Oriental = Chinese/Japanese(?)/Korean(??) and Asian=Indian/Pakistani/Afghan/etc. Perhaps Eastern means E. Europe?
