I spent a couple of weeks in Ramat Gan. I was working at the Uni in Ramat Aviv, and had to change buses at the side of some big boulevard, just across that sorry excuse for a river (well at least in summer)

Sorry excuse for a river is right - but it fills to the brim at winters, flooding the surrounding expressway.

That must've been Jabotinski Blvd., and I plan on living there.

I am not sure about that.

There are a bunch of them residental complexes here, each with a whole bunch of residental buildings, a shopping arcade, bunch of shops, some open space, etc. Yet, there is no vision to any of them as far as I can tell.

But given the proposed scale, I wonder how much the thing would cost.

Wouldn't Tokyo's Sky City be a Godzilla magnet?

                    • Yes, the Sky City, I had forgotten about that. That is what I would call a mini-arcology.

Also the Freedom Ship, another amazing project, which can hold 40,000 people, the ship will travel to all major ports around the world. (from south korea)
