      or if African Americans hadn't systematically been wrongfully placed on the list of felons who aren't allowed to vote, the election would have been a walk away.

          Pity that Republican corruption necessitated the amending of the handbook to include protestations against the disinvolvment of non-criminal African-Americans in the voting process
