SODA IS THE DEVIL!!!!
I resently read that the average american get 11% of their entire caloric intake from Soda. When you add in other forms of junkfood your looking at around 30%. These products are absolutly devoid of any nutritional value whatsoever so it should be no suprise that we look like well gorged ticks.
