    Yes

I was disappointed with the new Chinese buffet that opened down the street since it contained such nonChinese foods as fried Chicken, Cajun crawdads, (very poor) Japanese Sushi (but no sashimi), and some of the worst immitation Korean BBQ I've ever tasted. They wanted $15 for their bland crap no less.

Good food never comes as a buffet.

It's not like a man's career opportunities are uninfluenced by his looks either.

And what's so bad about being judged by your looks anyway? We all have our inborn strengths and weaknesses - why is it worse making a career out of your looks than out of your physical strength or your brains? I happen to have a brain for maths - that's no more due to any achievement of my own than are a model's looks. Heck, in these days of plastic surgery, it's probably less. Yet, nobody would say it's a bad thing to make money of it*.

        * Granted, I won't, opting for academia instead, but that's a different issue.

Yes I like Hooters a lot. I wish they had it in here too. I the roadtrip, we enjoyed Hooters all over the west coast. We noticed one thing, the joints in smaller places were much better than in big cities. They weren't bad in big cities, but like the one in New York was the worst. It was the smallest, and they didn't live up to the name there.

But in this small place, kind of nowhere, man it was HUGE place, and the girls were AWESOME. I guess that's where they can be so popular so you can see the quality too. Nothing like Hooters... but I still don't get the family restaurant thing, we actually saw family bringing their ~10 year old kid for b-day party. WTF?

Anyway, that protester looks like she should protest some more and get out to the sun.

Looks like that protester wants everyone to be as miserable as she is.

That's a bit disturbing, Dis. Parents taking their kid out to intentionally nurture his growing sexuality. Not really something wrong with it, but it feels a bit....strange.

Can't have him becoming one of them queers.

When you force him to shower with the boys after football practice, y'all need to compensate by taking him to Hooters and buying him hookers.

If a man or boy can't shower in the same facilities as other men I think it's more of a "queer warning" than making a big deal out of it and thinking it's "disgusting" or whatever.

I always thought it was strange as well. I haven't been to Hooters since I was last in San Diego. But what was really strange was families taking their daughters to those kinds of places.

Perhaps I'm just jealous my parents never took me any place like Hooters.

But my father did take me to a nudist colony once. So that makes up for it (and these were fairly hot women too, not ugly women you usually see at nudist colonies). I was about 6 years old at the time. Back when we lived outside the city. The place is called sandy valley. And a nudist colony still exists there. I should go back...

But I don't even think Hooters existed in my city back then. But then again, we had showgirls. I once saw a picture of a topless showgirl on a school field trip. Best field trip evar!.

Now you guys have an idea why I'm so perverted...
