I make no bones about my moral support for [terrorist] organizations. - chegitz guevara
For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio
Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?
It's no good (from an evolutionary point of view) to have the physique of Tarzan if you have the sex drive of a philosopher. -- Michael Ruse
The Nedaverse I can accept, but not the Berzaverse. There can only be so many alternate realities. -- Elok
At first I thought this was titled, "Hooters girls vs. Predator." Here I was thinking these Fox crossovers were getting one-sided and blatantly fan-servicing...
Claims that Hooters exploits attractive women are as ridiculous as saying the NFL exploits men who are big and fast. Hooters Girls have the same right to use their natural female sex appeal to earn a living as do super models Cindy Crawford and Naomi Campbell. To Hooters, the women's rights movement is important because it guarantees women have the right to choose their own careers, be it a Supreme Court Justice or Hooters Girl.
Given the choice between super prestigious well paid job and hooters girl, some must surely feel their true calling of rallying under the flag of Hooters.
It's candy. Surely there are more important things the NAACP could be boycotting. If the candy were shaped like a burning cross or a black man made of regular chocolate being dragged behind a truck made of white chocolate I could understand the outrage and would share it. - Drosedars
Oh, I think we all know that, deep inside, Sandra Day O'Connor is a little disappointed. Sure, she's basically controlled the court through her swing votes, but at the end of the day, when she walks away, Clarence Thomas and David Souter just see a formless black robe. Neither of them says to the other, "Damn, I wanna tap that."
Does anyone have the picture of the big protest where everyone has NOW and "Women are not [objects/decorations/whatever]" and "Equal rights NOW!" signs, and one guy in the back has a sign like "COME BACK HOME AND DO MY LAUNDRY *****"

Yeah, and of course we live in a society where middle school girls spend all their time talking about stare decisis, and whether original intent isnt actually a load of hooey, rather than about their weight, their makeup, etc. Ya know restaurants, and games, and movies, and everything in the culture just CANT possibly contribute to an unhealth focus on appearance by teenage girls, and too their premature sexualization. Cause you know, FEMINISTs say so, and theyre, like, so unlibertarian, and unhip, and all that.
Feh!
