I'm very impressed with Adam Smith's answers. He got most of the answers and even the obscure one on the planet Vulcan. Although, even Adam missed a few:

No one got (7) the 600+-year-old country with no wars: Andorra.

                  (9) Lydia (in central Turkey) was the country that invented money. King Croesus became the richest man in the world.

                  (15) Heavy water is heavy because the hydrogen atoms have neutrons.

                  (16) Amelia Earhart was the second person to fly solo across the Atlantic. ...Almost immediately after Linburgh's flight she flew as the first woman across the Atlantic with two men, but they never let her take the controls. About ten years later, she flew solo...and no one had soloed the Atlantic in the meantime.

                  (17) Jor-El and Lara were Superman's parents. (Tinkerb-El?? )

Well, first "Country" to "mint coins", sure...

But shell necklaces were probably the first "money", and found in present-day South Africa.

Where did you get that from? I seriously doubt they "invented" money. Anything can be used as money, as long it's used as a means of exchange. Hence the conceopt of monet is probably as old as trade is. You are probably referring to minted coins, which is only one form of money.

PS: I got this info from my high school history book. MainBrain knew the answer. Before then, barter was used. Except apparently in South Africa, where beachcomers were millionaires.

Croesus just minted the first golden coins. Coins of other materials were used before him and, again, money does not equal coins.
