I'm a victim of a crime

Yes... I just walked to my car, like an hour ago, and it was totally broken into.

Some idiot had totally smashed the lock, and stole my cd-player and many cd's as well.

Well, thankfully, looking at the bright side, they didn't break anything else, which is customary in here. So now the only thing I lost is the lock and the cd-player and some cd's. But it still pisses me off. You know.. why would you come to student village and do that.. you're stealing from students. People who don't have lots of money. I'm also angry that I never got the chance to fight these dudes, you know, if you want something, you better defend yourself.

On the bright side, the cops came pretty fast, and they were two female cops. The other one was pretty hot too.. in civies too, I didn't realize they were cops, I just thought they wanted some hot steaming sex or something at first. They were nice and professional.

So I lost some material stuff, that I can't replace, but fortunately my dad promised to pay for the lock... and I gained a new fantasy!!

No, unfortunately this really did happen. I hope no one steals the car while I'm getting the new lock, well, because the door can't be shut.. I mean it closes but it doesn't lock.

I did. In fact SC was the one who found out the crime. However, the criminals got away with hours of lead.. rest assured, if he should ever come across these PUNKS, there's no way we all are walking away from it.

Sorry to hear your car got broken into and had stuff stolen Pekka. Have you filed a police report yet? They might still be able to dust for fingers prints and maybe have something on file. It's a shot in the dark but still worth a try.

drosedars, yes I called the cops immidiately and they showed up quick and I filed the report right there and then. They didn't dust any prints or anything. This ain't 24

PH, right, and what they make .. 50 euros? less? It's just not worth it... they can't imagine the damage they do to private people, they don't know me but I don't have money either, this is the last thing I needed in that regard. If my dad wouldn't have agreed to pay the lock, I couldn't afford it right now so I wouldn't know what to do.. get a small loan just to fix it up.

But the bastards will pay at the end.. one way or another, they'll end up in jail or something. Even if not that, they are still losers, or do you know many car thieves who later on went to have a succesful life?

Cops are clueless. Here in Pennsylvania, we really DO have Keystone Cops.

Well the only thing to hope for is that the stereo they stole from you was sold, and the fix they got from it made them overdose and die...unfortunately it's hard to know...

We should have those car protecting equipment they have in south africa, flame throwers and ****. Break into my car and DIE!

Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of CSI. You know, proper police work in the real-world, not made up fantasies of fightin' terrists.

I'm shocked that they didn't bother dusting for prints. Oh well, sucks for you and shame on them for aiding the thieves in their getaway.

You can go to your local car dealer and order the "Armored Option". It'll jack the price up a bit but your car will be safe.

They never do, hell, when I had to deal with Greater Manchester Police, they never bothered showing up...they just give you the incident number for insurance purposes. Not only do you get no satisfaction, it can be completely and utterly abused.

drosedars, I have never heard cops dusting cars due to stole car stereos. I don't think they do that. She asked about some items in the car though, like a can of coke, emtpy one, if it was mine. You know, if it was the thieves, they would have taken it and dust them, but they left nothing so... that's it.
