  • 18 Days until the Launch of the HMS Daring

The Most modern warship in Europe will be launched in 18 days.

Still a pansy compared to an American Arleigh Burke Flight II.
Today, you are the waves of the Pacific, pushing ever eastward. You are the sequoias rising from the Sierra Nevada, defiant and enduring.

    My god that looks ugly.
You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.

I thought it said "HMS Darling" at first.

I think they should reuse the names of the Flower Class corvettes soon. "HMS Pansy" etc.

So never mind what it looks like, what does it do?

It should have been painted in a paisley design, perhaps with some Wedgwood trim

Now, this is a cool ship

Too bad it sinks rather easily

Not as easily as you sink these, Frenchman

Nah, Vasa beats almost any other ships in disaster - it sank moments after it left the quay - though, no wonder - it was swedish

Ehrm, no - it is trying to get through Suez heading for the Indian scrap places.
