    Stone age...rock...I get it!

BTW: I'm listening to some Janis Joplin right now. No one has ever been able to match her power and passion.

Oerdin; Coldplay Album X&Y, #1 on UK Chart, and #1 on US Chart. The previous album made #1 in Britain and #5 in US. First Album made #1 in UK as well.

what was the basis of telling me to shut up again?

That their music is total and utter rubbish? As I recall Britney Spears also used to be #1 so all that shows is that people like rubbish music made by people with no talent or that large corporations control the distribution networks.

but all those indie bands are rubbish too.

I listen to music because I like it (even if they happen to be popular). I don't listen to music because it's popular or because it's not popular.

Most indie bands are indie because they suck.

In any case I listen to rock music that is popular in certain cliques. But not too much that's played on the radio. Modern rock corporate radio.

and why is it bands will release like 1 or 2 heavy albums, then they will ***** out?

You know, I wrote a nice reply to Oerdin, then I remembered this is poly, so there is no point arguing. It all degenerates to flames...

Yet another soul submits to the soul-death that is polytubbiehood.
Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?

Clutch. So far I only have 3 songs from them. I keep meaning to get more. But I have so many songs I need to download. I'm trying to complete my library of other bands right now.

The songs I have right now are: binge and purge, Arcadia, and Wicker.

Dis, try and get The Incomparable Mr. Flannery, The Regulator, and Impetus. Those are my favorite Clutch songs.

yeah. And their best work was then. Only one album in the 2000's.

Its not dead. It just moved to Scandinavia!

Gluecifer, The Hellacopters, Turbonegro, The Flaming Sideburns are keeping it alive.... with style.

Monster Magnet is a great rock band too.

QOTSA has somewhat lost that Rock bite on their last album. But I watched them live, and they do, indeed, rock!
