Can you get a feed for the world juniors hockey?? Sweden is playing the Czechs in about 4 hours. Although that may be depressing since the Swedes do not look strong

And I have a list of things I like to do or enjoy doing, but nothing´s much fun right now as I said in the OP.
Thats too bad-- For me I would
Play Smax
play online chess
call a friend or relative I haven't spoken with in a while
pop in a DVD
annoy my wife
pick a fight with my wife
hope for make-up sex
play trucks or dinkies or hockey or trains with my son instead
read
Do sudoku puzzles
Take a walk
Work out
Draw a bath
etc etc

Here it's as calm as in this picture at the moment (taken yesterday). I tried to take a picture with long exposure time but it's too dark (or I haven't learnt how to use the advanced functions of my camera yet).Originally posted by Dr Zoidberg
Ollie, Göteborg is getting hit as well according to SMHI. They´ve issued a Class 2 alert. That´s a major storm, like Gudrun.
They said the blizzard would reach my area by midnight, but that's just 30 minutes from now, so I think they were wrong. So get your Naomi Klein books and move it or I'll seriously bash your faces in! - Supercitizen to stupid students

Flubber, 4 hours? That´s 3.30 AM here. I´m hoping to be fast asleep by then. But at least Anja Pärson won the WC Giant Slalom in Lienz today.

I will get myself a long, hot shower and a shave, just in case the blizzard cause a long power blackout (=no hot water for some days). So get your Naomi Klein books and move it or I'll seriously bash your faces in! - Supercitizen to stupid students

I checked the SMHI website and it´s actually only a Class 1. The areas southwest of Vänern, Skåne and Stockholm/Östergötland is probably going to be hit the worst. Nice wintery pic btwOriginally posted by Chemical Ollie

Nah, not tired. Just bored, surfing Poly and watching ER at the same time. But I´ll probably hit the sack in an hour or so.Originally posted by Flubber

That looks great. You're probably freezing your balls off, but I would love having that much snow (until I had to actually live in it. Snow down south is fun because everything shuts down when it happens.)Originally posted by Chemical Ollie

The last time it snowed anything closely resembling your picture, schools closed for a full week IIRC. 3 of those were days it was actually snowing.
It was 71F yesterday (metric--I dunno, a degree or two below room temperature) here. Great weather to walk out of the house and think "oh crap it's December and I just thought about changing into shorts!")
