I'm not even sure how many pubs there were at UBC and U of T. Off the top of my head, I remember at least five at UBC and three at U of T. However, U of T is a total urban campus, and there must have been at least 15-20 more within a ten minute walk of my school.

I don't know if I'd be able to count the bars around the Concordia campus. Theres a bar on the 2nd floor of the main building, and several across the street from the Library, and dozens more within a very short walk.

And beer I'm going to be quite upset when I go back to the USA in two weeks - here in Austria, nobody cares if I drink when I'm 19. Stupid drinking age.
