The younger offenders (less than 21) are much more violent than older offenders. I can remember the buses coming in and everyone looking to see if we had any graduates from the "farm". They would be scared to death thinking that they were in trouble cause they were finally in the adult population, really in prison now. The adult population would at the same time be wary of the youngbloods cause they were often the source of trouble.

I'd say more young offenders are raped by inmates in their age group than by older cons.
