    Self-Quotation?? That's...well I don't know how to describe that...
    "Wait a minute..this isn''t FAUX dive, it's just a DIVE!"
"...Mangy dog staggering about, looking vainly for a place to die."
"sauna stories? There are no 'sauna stories'.. I mean.. sauna is sauna. You do by the laws of sauna." -P.

Hmmm...really though, any advice? I'll be poor, obviously, so where are some good places I can actually get some edible grub?
Who wants DVDs? Good prices! I swear!

Sorry, I know nothing about Oxford.

If you are poor, shop at Lidl, and then work your way up (Kwiksave, Morrisons, Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury, Waitrose) until you hit your standing in life.

I've been to Oxford once. It's a nice town with several good clubs but it was a lot smaller then I expected. I found I enjoyed the pubs more then the night clubs but the people were great in both.

I felt the same way about the whole country... felt like disneyland to me, but with funny accents and backwards drivers.

Its only a population of 100-150k (Oxford, not England ). The towns near where I live have a similar or larger population and few people from foreign parts will have ever heard of 'em.

That's what having a premier university does for a town.
