That was certainly no flopping with him in the whitehouse.

I don't know what the big deal with the Clinton sex thing is. Maybe that he lied about not having sex with Monica?

          SpinZoneMode

Let's look at it again. Clinton said he didn't have sexual relations with the woman.

Now.. what is sexual relations? Let's get a modern look at it, we have such draconian, old view of what is sexual relationships. Who says what it is? By someone, it's everywhere.. north.. east.. west... south.. it's all over there we know it.

And Europeans have allied to blur that line to destroy the government. In their view a man has to take a dump on someone before it's sexual relations.. can we trust Europeans on this matter? They have had sexual relations themselves, the hypocrites!

Now Clinton is a known pro-European person. Not only did Euros encourage this behaviour by showing example, they also blurred the line for the president. Clinton acted to the best of knowledge he had at the time, and that information came from Europeans as well. So he did not, in fact, have sexual relations with Monica.

            Pekka's right.

Also sexual relations should only really include the act of a man actually penetrating the woman you know where. Thats the meaning of sex literally.

Though, you could argue he is guilty of sexual relations.. Sex also means gender. Relations could also mean talking to. In which case a male and a female were having relations. By talking.

perhaps they should have sent Clinton (of course only after Gore lost) to a secret CIA base to really find out did he have sex with that woman or in fact he did not, and come out with their findings.

On the other hand Clinton could than come out and tell us what kind of methods are used to extract information and everyone would be happy + Clinton would than finally join Al Quaeda and the Republicans would all say "I knew it!".

I have always been more worried with what Clinton did with missle technology than what he did with his own missle.

But this thread is not really about slick Willy. It is about a shift in US policy. Or, more realistically, it is about the role that the American people are playing in shaping US foriegn policy through their elected representatives. This is a clear example of the check and balance system of the US working.

So then, oral sex is not actually sex.

Don't you know? When ever Bush flip flops or does something wrong it is Clinton's fault. Just as the wingnuts must always attempt to justify said flip flp or error with a "BUT CLINTON GOT A BLOW JOB!!!!!!!!"

So why the phrase, "oral sex" if it's not sex?

Do we just chalk it up as one of our blunders with the English language that will always be stuck with us?

Whatever Clinton did was his own business.

(Yes, I realize the irony of that statement from someone with a JFK avatar. )
