I actually looked it up on wikipedia to get the number. It has 6,006,400 Jews in North America (= US + Canada according to a footnote in the chart) and the US has over 6,000,000 Jews. Subtract and divide.

EDIT: oops, moved a zero, it's actually 6,064,000 Jews, so we only have 100x as many

I know you're a boy genius and all but if you think about it, the relative error on the 100x figure is so high from your calculation that the number itself is irrelevant (and totally off as shown later in the thread.)
