I'll bring up England's Guy Fawkes, again, in rebuttal to a relatively painless death, and wouldn't count on painless. Iraq has shown they know how to put the hurt on someone.

Compared to what his own people could and would do to him if he was out on the streets, any execution method that the courts used would be pretty painless. Unless the ol' UN decides to look the other way on a gross violation of the Geneva convention, just this once...
