If Civ4 was FOSS it would have no bugs and it would also make your computer virus-free, as FOSS is immune to viruses and bad people who write them. I donate to FOSS all the time. Anything that is not FOSS is buggy. OpenOffice is clearly better than MS Office, and FreeCiv is clearly better than Civ2/3/4.
