Maybe the republicans just aren't reacting because this whole haha-Bush-did-something-clumsy has been terribly childish from the start onwards and it gets tiresome to keep on reacting to it.

But of course, my opinion doesn't count. So never mind. Phuh. I don't care anyway. Whatever. Go ahead, ignore me. Phuh.

What is moronic about this? Running into a closed door?

I mean the situation is funny, but Bush hardly came out as a moron from it.

It's often funny to see people caught in unexpected situations and this is one of the better - guess thats why "hidden camera" series are so popular.

I just find it even funnier that certain posters are so desperate that they try to use this as proof of bushies intelligence - as MOBIEUS said, the man got reelected, does that tell someting about the man or the voters ?

            * BC feels very realizing partly agreeing with MOBIEUS *

Have you not seen the video? After failing to open the door he stands there like a chump waiting for someone to tell him what to do. The guy is an imbecile, the expression on his face alone belies this...

Yep, I have seen the movie, and yes for a second - maybe 2 he is confused - wouldn't you be that if you were accustomed that doors are never locked for you ?

Despite my partly agreement with you, I actually considered you as one of the desperates

The average American is IGNORANT, not stupid. I highly doubt the average American has a lower IQ than people in Europe.

Probably true. And Bush himself if certainly not any dumber than the average American.

Take that statement in whatever spirit you'd like.

Didn't Bush laugh about it at the moment and aftwards joked about it? Many people wouldn't be able to recognize the humour of the situation if they'd experience the same. Seems like a man who's comfortable with himself.

(But just keeeep on ignoring me. My opinion doesn't count. Phuh! *snicker*)
