    Metal studio albums are much better indeed, most of the time (not always)

    But listen to Deep Purple Live in Japan... Boy that's some energy and sound you can't get in a studio album!


    PS: And sometimes when I listen to a band playing live I'm all excited, but when I listen to their album later on... it sucks. But it could be vice versa too, bu that's usually depending on the difficulty of the music played
