Its hearting to find that the so called 'out of touch' part of our democratic process that is the house of lords voted this bill down. So a for the wigs and landed gentry.
I wonder if Tony Blair will try to further dissolve the powers of the house of lords after this defeat of his agenda? or maybe he'll read the writting on the wall - that for the most part british people dont want a shiny new labour police state to live under thanks
