It takes an hour to an hour and 5 minutes from Baltimore (assuming no traffic)

Also, on the way back (at least) the airport runs direct shuttles to West Falls Church metro IIRC (every half hour or so)

But Zkrib though Cali "storms" are like sprinkles to the rest of the nation, though, there is flooding and really bad driving since Cali drivers are the worst in the rain.
