Short of finding some master pass word from MSFT the only thing I can think of is installing a new version of windows. I'm hardly an expert though.

Boot from a bootdisk/bootable CD, format and re-install...

But what sort of password did you use? Something totally random or something you'd at least have a chance of remembering? Why not just try out a whole bunch of stuff.

Do you have a friend with a computer? If so you can hook your drive up as a slave drive to his computer and then get the info off that way.

                  Logon to a guest account.

Don't have a guest account, and the computer is a laptop...

And i'd rather not have to reinstall windows... My scholl projects are in there!

Maybe you can override the logon by going in in Safe Mode? You need to hit a key while the computer boots up to do it, the usual keys to do it are F5 or F8. You need to do it once the BIOS (the screen with system info etc.) has shown up but before Windows starts loading.

But really, the password protection is there for a reason...

Look for some sort of XP password hacking tool on google or google groups.

What Jimmy said, there's alot of those to be found.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
