        Imran got screwed by Atlanta's Goalie, Dunham.

        He played for all of 7 minutes before a groin injury.

        He played just enough to get a 8.93 GAA (I think this is Yahoo's number based on how many minutes he played) and an 0.80 svp.

            Man, Cloutier and Dunham both suck today. Imran has a long way to go to catch up with my goalie stats now.

            It also means Auld will likely play the next game, which is great for me assuming he repeats his last performance.

              I hope Yahoo is smart enough to add total goals against vs total minutes played, and total shots vs goals against, and not treat that as '1 game'.

              OTOH, he did get a goalie game, and he needs 3. I may be on the hook this week there. Hasek looked great in the shoot out, but he also looked groin shot after the Lindros(?) stop and then he didn;t play on Tuesday which was arguably the more important game. I hope he's OK, or I may not get three.

                          I was very apprehensive about facing the Jedi Knights. All sorts of offensive power. I had no idea how my guys would fare.

                          So I went out and found a left winger who would fill three game nights that I had holes. It was a start.

                          At the start of the week, Ben had 35 games for skaters vs my 32. After not switching around the bench, he's lost 4 (and then an injury to another for a couple more) and by getting in a player I gained 3. Now it is 35 to less than 30. He might have bigger guns, but mine are firing more frequently. Who's gonna win?

                          And goalies. After Monday he had good numbers and only needed one more game. He is playing them all. In this age of shoot outs at the OK Corral, I'd think we want to be smarter about who we play when.

                              You certainly made some "interesting" player selections during the draft.
