yeah football is weird like that...

some games guys will have amazing yardage totals, but not score a lot, but then a game like Green Bay's (52-3 over NO) Favre only throws for 215 yards, the GB running back only rushes for 54 yards (24 on one play!) and only 1 receiver over 50 yards receiving (and he had only 3 catches)...

although 2 of those GB scores were defensive TD's... but still...
To us, it is the BEAST.

    • WOW... Dallas 4th and Goal at the 1... don't get it. But they are up 7-0.

      • Speaking of Green Bay. It seems like they are waking up. They may not be able to overcome their start, but they'll make it interesting.

Detroit is leading the NFC Central after the penalty marred win over Baltimore.

Doesn't say much for the 'Phins, but I don't think it says much for the Bills, either....

Dallas is taking to the Eagles early: went for it on 4th down once too many times on this drive though.

          • The weird part about the Bills is while they didn't do that great in beating Miami, Kelly Holcomb had a pretty good day. 20/26 for 169 yards and 1 TD, No Ints. McGahee ran 31 times, but only for 86 yards and 1 TD.

The PIT@SD game is a bit trickier, since the games is played at 3 AM local time

so really, in this NFL season, they will play 1 more game then the Bears...

what is there to gloat about?
