Bears played 3 quarters of not losing football. Nobody's going to convince me any of that was WINNING football ... we should be up about 30-6 right now
eh... good defense + thomas jones' 120+ running yards + Kyle Orton's >100 passer rating (before the INT) is WINNING football
Bears' 3rd down conversion rating in the 2nd half (around 4:00 left in the 4th quarter) was 4 of 6... pretty good...
Man, the Pats look crappy in this 4th Q! The secondary has been crappy all game (who are these guys?) and whenever the offense does anything good, they get a holding penalty.

When the running game usually gets over 200 yards rushing that isn't a good game for them.
Schaub is doing well (somewhat, only 51% completion percentage), but the Pats secondary is utterly crappy.
Vick is still the better QB. He's not losing his job, Sava.

Jesus, this Atlanta secondary sucks... this will not end well.

New England looks like they'll win. They are in Vinateri's range. Less than 2 minutes left, and they can run down the clock down more.

NE, before this game, was 17th in league in yardage allowed (passing)...
but this is strange, they are 1st in the NFL in passing defense when it comes to completion %...
Could it be because of how much they rush the passer? Ie, completion percentage is bad, because they blitz a lot, but because they blitz so much, its one on one on the outside, allowing a lot of looong passes.

maybe... I haven't seen any NE games this year... only the end of the game they won with the FG this year...
they are 23rd in the NFL in sacks this year BTW... don't know how this factors into everything...
NE has this game won. Vinateri is going to hit a game winnign FG... again.
The Atlanta D looked HORRIBLE, but Schaub had a nice gunslinging afternoon. Good job by him to keep the Falcons in the game.
Oh, and props to the Atlanta punter, who hit a 58 yard FG in the game.

Seattle beat St. Louis 37-31, putting themselves in the drivers seat (as of now) for that division.
