1% of Japanese history textbooks fail to mention enough about Japan's war crimes vs 100% of Chinese history textbooks blatantly making facts up.

Seems to me the only reason people believe your absurd statement is simply that the "talking heads" have repeated it so many times. In China, it's clearly from ignorance. Just look at their woefully in accurate textbooks.

    • You have mistaken Tibet for an independent country.
Thats like saying Manifest Destiny was justified because Indians didn't call their lands a "country".

      • At least the Chinese didn't simply say: "this place is Terra Nullius, we can do whatever the **** we want with it because those savages didn't build any fences".

        • That's right. The Chinese didn't care if there were fences there or not.

That's not true. Tibet was a vassal state of China which had to pay tribute much like Russia had been a Vassal of the Mongol horde but they were self governing and pretty much autonomous as long as they paid their tribute on time. In 1910 the Chinese first directly ruled Tibet but after the Nationalist revolution a decade later the Tibets rose up and reasserted their traditional independence. They maintained that until the communists invaded and annex Tibet in 1945. Over the last 60's the Chinese have been worse then the Israelis in terms of cultural genocide and deliberate ethnic cleansing and colonization of Tibet.
