Hey, listen. In most areas of the US, there is some recognition by the monied leaders of the community that part of the process of making their community great and part of their wealth is determined by helping people move from the poor to the middle class. Part of this process requires effective government, especially effective police. Capitalists can do this like champs -- just look at Carnegie.
I don't sense that positive vibe emanating from New Orleans. I see nothing wrong with people being able to hire their own additional security so long as that security force acts within the law.We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI
