    They should get Korean companies in there - I've never seen people work so fast or hard. That's no idle compliment either cos I've been all over Asia.

    They'll gut your house and rebuild it, a complete renovation in a few days.

        UR: The work was assigned last year under a competative bid obviously under different circumstances (they won't be in charge of rebuilding NO). Under what doctrine would you ban an apparently qualified company from submitting a bid and horror of horrors winning it?

            Hell yes.

            Suppose you own a lab and you hire your own uncle to run it. That is just going to look bad, even if he really is qualified and is only getting paid half as much as he should be.
