      YEs. A rape is a rape, no matter who does it. I view the rape as a crime fo sexual nature that is bad, no matter who is the victim, or who the criminal is.

            I've read statistics that most rapes, in the US aleast, occur where the perp is doped up, drunk,etc, rendering any attempt at incapacitating him pointless.

                      I never know whether these things are serious or not. Remember the "spike" version a couple years back?

                      The thing is can you imagine the damage a crazy disgruntled sadistic ***** could do to her (soon to be ex) boyfriend? And I don't just mean the physical damage, but that it's implied he's a rapist, instant ruination of entire life.

                          Bad idea. It can be removed easily, including by beating up the victim. And it can certainly enrage a rapist, causing more violent crimes.
