  • I have traded Terrell Owens to Zopperoni for Willis McGahee. 'Tis a decent trade for both of us, but you may point and laugh at me if you deem it appropriate.

    • The Eagles don't look good so far, and McGahee is the better fantasy player. But Zop must need a top reciever more than McGahee.

      • At least I can reasonably expect TO to put up decent numbers on a consistent basis.

I still have Rudi Johnson, LaMont Jordan, Larry Johnson, and Brandon Jacobs, so I really needed to ditch the RB that didn't have a surname starting with the letter J.

        • I tried to load up on RBs, but it didn't work. Bennet looks like a lame duck, and who knows if any RB will do well in Minn this year, and Ronnie Brown isn't doing well either, although he did better Sunday than I expected.

          • Thanks for alerting me before you pulled the deal, Jags. I just wasn't comfortable enough with my depth at RB after Edge & Clinton to pull the trigger, especially in light of it appearing as though Owens isn't gonna duplicate his numbers from last year.

Yeah, sorry about that. Sucks royally .

They were WAY off with mine.

I do think Owens will repeat last year's numbers. Pinkston is out, the Eagles love throwing, and they have an easy schedule, other than ATL.

McNabb was not at all in rhythm this week, because he took a hard hit early in the game. Also, ATL's defense is just good. But I suspect TO will rack up the numbers against most of the NFC, when McNabb is in rhythm.

Indeed. I got the better end of the deal by most measures. I think Rudi Johnson will have about even stats with McGahee, due to an easier schedule, and Larry Johnson is looking great. LaMont Jordan should be able to put up good numbers in some games, and Brandon Jacobs could also be decent. All of his RB picks turned out well, so he was willing to part with one.

I also contacted reis to see if he'd trade away a good RB to replace Walker with TO, but he wouldn't bite.

                    • Like I said, Jaguar, I just didn't have the depth at RB that Zop does.

I have Priest and Johnson in another league and would have been quite happy to start them both

                          • That's easy, the one with the greater attempts is Priest .

                              • WOW... and when I went to bed on Sunday, I thought I juuuust lost. There must have been a scoring readjustment that barely made me come up on top.
