    Ran

I finally picked it up on DVD and will get around to watching it eventually (almost 20 years after theatrical release)
Yes, let's be optimistic until we have reason to be otherwise...No, let's be pessimistic until we are forced to do otherwise...Maybe, let's be balanced until we are convinced to do otherwise. -- DrSpike, Skanky Burns, Shogun Gunner

Lord of the Ring (none of them!)
I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

damn, I thought this thread was about movies you would like to see made...

I don't get this thread. If there's a movie out I want to see, I go see it (or download it).
To us, it is the BEAST.

Well, In the case of 2046, I really want to see it but it's not playing anywhere near me. Stander and Ghostdog are not available at the local best buy and I haven't gotten around too ordering it. I'm too busy posting about how I'd like too see it.

"Ran" is a little long, but a super movie and Mieko Harada as Lady Kaede is one of the great villians of all time.

Me? I'm waiting for "The Great Raid" to open this Friday. It's about a WWII-effort in the Philippines to rescue American POWs. The producers keep emphasizing this is a true story because it is [I've heard] so unbelievable.

& I stll need to see:
                      "The Incredibles" &
                      "Sin City."
