          i'm going to go with California and New York too. Too many ridiculous ideas coming out of those states Besides, They would have to do trade with the rest of the US, and we could tax the sh*t out of them

            Texas and Mississippi. Yeah, they're not contiguous, but if they feel a need to annex Lousiana and maybe Arkansas, more power to them.
