I'm totally with you Whale, this one time I was on the metro and this guy was being such an inconsiderate a.sshole. He was eating on the train, which is definitely against the rules. So I followed him when we both got off and then kicked him down a flight of stairs. That bastard.

Then this other time this guy was playing his music too loud, so I took his stereo and smashed it on the ground. He looked like he was gonna do something, so I gave him a swift elbow to the throat. Lets see him try that crap again.

    Inconsiderate people.

IIRC in DC (where I assume Ozzy was) playing radios are not allowed on Metro.

Kicking a guy down a flight of stairs, Ozzy? Isn't that harsh? I hope you told him what it was for or he'd think he was just being a victim of a hoodlum.

What has that got to do with him assaulting and spitting on another passenger on the bus???

Once he had an audience he had to impress.

iPod users are all about the appearances as well.

Just be happy the guy wasn't the type that wanted to screw you over and call the cops on you for battery (even smacking the cigarette out of his hand is battery... it's part of his person).

I wasn't, I've seen you on TV. Even with the 10 extra pounds from the camera, you still aren't a tough guy.

Money? The guy gets nominal damages at most (ie, $1).

Not if he burned him and he dont heal cause he is diabetic then his hand gets infected and he loses it. That a lot of medical bills and pain and suffering. This could happen tho its more likely then not but it could you never know

I think Whaleboy WANTED to get arrested for battery and/or assault -- that would be one more thing to brag about, as if it would be cool or something.
