"This is my first substantive injury"

****, all you pollytubbies need to go outside and exercise damnit. Go get hurt, it builds character. I've broken sprained cut dislocate etc etc tons of stuff.... and you know what. I'm proud of it.

BTW Asher, mess up your ankle 10 more times and it won't even hurt anymore when you do it Also, since this is your first ankle injury, I think you'll be happy to know that the top of your ankle is NEVER going to look the same. The swelling never goes away completely, hehe.

Yeah, but it was just a sprained ankle, not a real injury.

Wanna see a benzene stabalised halogen substitution boy?

eh? how exactly does benzene stabilize a halogen substitution ( in alkanes, I presume)?

That's what I was thinking...is he referring to the Friedel Crafts reaction?

That's a bizzare choice of wording, then. benzene doesn't stabilize anything in Friedel Crafts, it's the reactant. I was thinking he was referring to the benzene as solvent, but the wording's really blurry.

i think you should be throwing the thumbs down at uncoordinated people, not at sports Also, you shouldn't let a little thing like a sprained ankle slow you down. if i don't get anything worse than that on a sports outing, i feel like i wasn't doing something right
