I just watched the 30 days by the guy who did the "Super Size Me" movie.
I. Am. Amazed.
I watched the one where he did the 30 days living just off of minimum wage (5.15 US) What hit me the most is when he showed his hospital bill and it showed that he owed 40.00 US for a frigging Band-Aid. Then he said that the United States is the richest country in the world and yet we can't afford proper care for our citizens.
He went on to say that the person next to you (in America) is probably struggling everyday to see ends meet and yet we don't see it nor realize it.
Holy sh*t, I'm hooked on the program. Ok, now lemme ask this...
WHY doesn't the U.S. have free medical? Is the medical industry preventing us from having affordable, or free, medical assistance?
