Although coming from Mr neo-liberal, your arguments are kinda inconsistent.

Same with farm subsidies, star wars, numerous wasteful defense contracts (three air superiority fighters when one will do? New class of carriers when the current ones are still upgradable? An airliftable armored personnel carrier that isn't airliftable? A new rifle that costs 3 times more then the old but doesn't perform any better?), and most of the corporate welfare that passes for "investments" in Washington. I'd also like to see consumer related reforms like restoring consumer protections like bankruptcy rights, giving citizens the right to control their private information which corporations try to buy and sell, truth in labeling laws which let consumers know exactly what they're buying, reforms of drug laws which will allow greater competition for medical drugs and the end of the protectionism which has made medical drugs in America the most expensive on Earth.
