If you are on the promotion ladder, you may as well keep climbing, dude!

When you have power, you can instill fear - And order any hot office gals to obey your whims!

      PS
Start saving for that power suit!

I used to wear my suit regardless, I only have Heavy Metal T-Shirts or my formal attire.

I once demanded the name of a rentacop in the office foyer, because he demanded my
ID, after I had walked by him every day for almost a year! The guy kacked it, my suit
must have made him think I was someone with authority...

He blabbered many apologies - What a goon!

The graph is a good idea. But no sly comments, no big department labels. Facts are facts. Let people see the facts but now how you feel about them, unless it's your job to pass judgement. Not all management is incompetant, the do see facts.

Identify improvement areas. (the facts should make them obvious) Once identified, possible solutions should be evident. Usually adding a new quality verification step in a process never hurts as long as it's not so elaborate that it costs way too much or adds too much time to the process cycle. The cost must be justified in terms of cost savings due to better quality.

People probably won't be fired, but their careers may not be helped.

DBtS, you are being tested to see if you are management worthy. You need to go for it.

Che, these past two weeks you have been a poor excuse for a Communist.

Urging somebody to leave the "working class" to join the "managing classes"?
