I wear Faded Glory canvas shirts I bought at WalMart for $12 each because they last forever. I still have canvas shirts I bought at GI Joes in 1990. Women's clothes aren't supposed to last, they're supposed to entise. Must be spendy.

So that means that either women vastly outspend men on clothing, or there are a vast number of closet transvestites in New Zealand.

Guys' fashions never really change, so we can get away with buying something and wearing it for 10 years. Women's clothes are sooo trendy, they have to buy new stuff every year, or even every season, and alot of their clothes will looked dated if they don't.We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution. - Abraham Lincoln

The real male/female inequality is in changing size. Me, I've been buying 36/36 jeans and XL T-shirts for over a decade - no problem, I can walk into a shop and pick what I want off the rail.
Women? Some of them change size over the course of the month so they need everything in 2 sizes. They look at a bar of chocolate and put on 5 lbs and need a bigger dress size. Don't even think about what pregnancy does.
The real gender inequality about clothes is in shopping attention span. Mine is about 5 minutes. Hers is about 3 hours. We do go shopping together but I tend to wander off and look at other things a lot.Never give an AI an even break.

Actually, it's worse.
Womens clothes are shabbier than mens clothes, are nowhere near as durable, and comparable cuts of clothing cost a mimimum of 20% more for the womens variety than the mens.
