I don't think he is guilty. I do think he is still a child though. It seems like he is trying to get what his father never let him have when he was a child, and I'm sure it is some kind of pchycological diagnosis to be given. But, I do think he has had children in his bed, and played with them just as a child would do to another. He is a child, and children do sleep over at each others bed. It doesn't make it right in the sense that he is a grown up, but I don't think he can be called a pedophile. My prediction: He'll be found innocent on all counts except the minor charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
