This is absolutely sickening. It is things like this that show that Capitalism is distroying itself. I just hope it replaced by employee control of businesses in a market economy, if we end up with a command economy we'll end up like the USSR (yes, I'm talking to you, Kid)...
Anyway, the current copyright/trademark/patent system is so abused in today's high tech world that I think it is about time to scrap the current system and try to find another way to reward creatvity that isn't so easily abused by giant corporations trying to force out the little guys out of business.
