    Are You Going?!

They are expecting over one million to attend at the Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. Its just a short train ride for me to get there, but I dont think it will be worth the effort. The Philly Lineup isnt that great (Dave Matthews, Rob Thomas, assorted Rap Stars).

The London lineup looks the best. I imagine Hyde Park is a great place to see a concert, too.

The Rome lineup is curious. Mostly all Italian stars I have never heard of, augmented by two Country Stars: Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.. Is there really an audience for Country music in Italy?!

I like how anytime Bob Geldof's name is printed they make sure to include that he is "the former Boomtown Rats lead singer" as if millions of readers will instantly say to themselves "Oh, now I now who you are talking about!"

The London lineup blows every other one out of the water. The US one is an amazing pile of crap. Although you gotta love the mix of people like 50 cent and Jay Z with homo-rock like Maroon 5 and Rob Thomas along with has beens like Bon Jovi and Stevie Wonder. That should draw quite the motley assortment of fans.

Pink Floyd has reformed and will play in London.

Spice Girls wanted to reform and play London but were denied.

50-cent is out of Philly lineup.

Rumor is that Michael Jackson has inquired about playing at Philly.

Green Day was added to Berlin.

I'm sick of that self righteous b@stard Geldof already.

Now he's having a go at people selling *THEIR* Live 8 tickets on Ebay.

In another article he was telling people to boycott Ebay (yeah right!) and Ebay employees to wallk out in protest (again, yeah right)

                        Minus Roger Waters I'm guessing.

Nope... With Roger Waters but without Sid Barrett, so they'll still suck...

You mean Roger Waters and Dave Gilmour have patched up their petty little feud?
