Prawn night is very big in Norway...a strange and very expensive place to visit. Though not as strange as the little deal the Hanseatic League in Bergen had going on between journeymen and little boys...very dodgy.

£7 for a slice of pizza at Bergen airport RAR!

even better check with ur local cable company. The time warner cable here offers digital phone service and you can talk as long as or when you want for bout 45 dollars a month. Long distance included

Remember, Norway's only been a country since 1905. Norwegians probably eat Swedish food.

Schnitzel actually, Cordon Bleu is excellent too, but the cheese is inside with ham. The chicken is rolled around it and breaded. Mmmm.

                A schitzel isn't with cheese.

Escallope Milanese : very thin veal with breadcrumbs usually served with lemon

schitnel : pork meat, again with breadcrumbs served with lemon too.

Cordon blue: pork/veal with ham and cheese wrapped with breadcrumbs

There's thousands of variations though, so I'm really not gonna argue 'bout it.

Pickled red cabbage. You can find it in most grocery stores. Comes in a jar, you supply the fridge.
